CHAPPLE MUSEUM NEWS:
Summer Hours: July and August - Tuesday thru Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
LIGHTHOUSE: 
Sometime by year?s end we will be submitting a new list of names for granite markers on the Lighthouse at the waterfront. If you would like to ?buy a brick? in memory or to honor a loved one or friend contact Rilla Race @ 487-2655. Cost of $100.00 per brick creates a permanent memorial on the lighthouse and also a gold plaque on the model lighthouse on display in the museum.

Sponsored by the Ontario Early Years Everyone Welcome Bring your preschool child or children (0-6) for stories, songs and crafts at the Barwick Hall. Each Monday ( except Holidays) 3:00 ? 5:00 p.m. A great place to meet friends. Parents and /or guardian must accompany children. For more information call 482-2946 The Rainy River District Palliative Care Association is looking for volunteers to offer companionship and support at home, in hospital or extended care facilities, to individuals and families with a chronic life-threatening illness. Just a reminder - 2 Halls Available
Barwick has 2 halls available for rent. The large hall has a capacity for 400 people The upper hall has a capacity for 125 people Tenting is permitted in the parks if you wish to stay over after a function at either of the halls. We also have the campgrounds situated just south of the Municipal office for your larger campers or tents. Arrangements can be made at The Roseberry Runway. Our own St. Georges Heritage Church is also available for functions: Weddings, funerals etc: Interdenominational Contact the Municipal Office @ 487-2354
Summer is the season for West Nile and Lyme Disease. If you suspect either one please contact your health professional ASAP.
